The Atlas Warranty

Every new Atlas rod, blank and reel, purchased through an authorized retailer, is covered by a three-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship and must include a dated proof of purchase (like a receipt).

This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod, blank, or reel and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, missing rod sections, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod, or damage during the assembly of a blank into a finished rod. Warranty coverage on Atlas blanks does not extend to any custom work or components added to the blanks. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Atlas reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Atlas product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary.

Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.

For all warranty work, the entire rod must be returned to Atlas. Place the rod in its rod sock and tube. Put any broken sections loose in the tube alongside the rod sock, then package carefully and ship in a cardboard shipping box. Shipping can be via USPS, UPS or FedEx and we recommend insuring your repair rod shipment since Atlas will not repair or replace rods lost in transit. Rods received without rod tubes are not guaranteed safe return shipping and will no longer be covered by the warranty if broken upon return to the customer.

All warranty repairs will incur a fee of $200 USD which covers return shipping. This fee is subject to change at any time without notice. Please include a check made out to Atlas Fly Fishing for the amount above in the box with your rod, contact information, and return address.
